Centuries ago, in the early days of Minearchy, the Mavens were born, a special kind of Hero.

These Scholars, Visionaries and Merchants guard the deepest secrets of the world.
They uncovered the hidden magics, the ancient forces, and the forgotten truths that shaped the realms.
Some might even get a glimpse of the future. With their wisdom, they guide the realms to greatness.
However, when times are rough, Mavens are a rare find. Their spirits drifting into different realities.
Legend of the Maven
On one special sunny day, when everybody least expected it, one Maven arrived back to the Lands of Minearchy, no-one really knew from where that one Maven came or how it ended back here, but it was certain that the Maven was no ordinary Maven, it was one of the oldest Mavens to exist, an Maven with Wisdom beyond no other, it knew about the old telling, the legend of the Guardian of The Forgotten, The luminous Aerdel, an tale that is mostly forgotten among other beings, but not the Maven. If one is certain, then that peculiar Maven may be the one to awaken him, the one to claim the lost Wisdom of the Ancient that not even the oldest of the Mavens knew. It was determined to find Aerdel, and to harness the lost Wisdom, but only the Future may tell, a Future that has yet to begin, a Future that is not yet written into stone, an future that you... may Change...
