Virtus is the land of the Dwarfs.
A large Mesa Mountain with multiple sub-biomes. It has a steep cliff on all sides but is mostly flat on top.
This land on top is largely uninhabited though since the dwarves mostly choose to live underground.
There's a large dwarven city inside of the mesa mountain.
They like to keep outsiders outside but occasionally let it visitors.
Dwarves have a long history of mining and building.
